Hi Players of Dragon Nest SEA, I got this error also, I already tried Auto Patching, Manual Patching, reinstalling the game, re-downloading the game and reinstalling with a different directory. I also tried turning off my firewall and change DNS server but it still didn’t not working.
Finally I got solution on how to fix this problem. Here it goes, by opening up Internet Explorer, for some reason, Internet Explorer wasn’t connected to the internet, even though all other programs were.
Here’s How:
A box popped out asking to to “Connect” or “Work Offline.”
Clicked on “Connect” and Internet Explorer is now online.

And now try open your “Dragon Nest launcher” then 100% it worked. For some reason this game wants IE to be in working condition.
